I tried the deactivate the Trados Studio 2022 online. I was on the right page but could not see what I had to do to desactivate. I tried offline. I received a deactivation ticket, which I presumed was the deactivation authorization, but could not find the deactivation certificate.
Can anyone help me?

I do not have a support contract, true. But it should not be necessary to have a support contract to get support to perform a simple task like a licence deactivation. Your procedures are way to complicated.
