Cannot instal SDL

Question

Hello, 
 I've tried to reinstall SDL 21 but I keep getting this message. 
 How shall I proceed? This message appereaed alredy last week when SDL suddenly stopped working. 
 I have then had my licence disactivated, but I guess I fussed too much about.
