I can't access my Trados Studio although my subscription is active.

Hello,

I'm trying to open a project and a dialog box informs me that my subscription has expired; which can't be true because I renewed it on September 29, 2023 and in my Account page it shows "Active" and with expiration date next 24-Oct-2024.

I would appreciate your help; I have several jobs due tomorrow that I can't do because of this issue.
