New subscription inactive

I have just purchased a new annual subscription to Trados Studio 2022 but when I try to log in I get this message:

"The product license has been deactivated and Trados Studio will now exit. To start again, you must activate the product."

I have followed all the license activation steps and nothing is working. On my account it says it was activated on 17-01-2023 and expired on 16-01-2023, but I only just bought it an hour ago.
