Base 64 error message / Can't open Trados Studio at all!

Hi, I have Trados Studio 2022 subscription version. I have been having lots of issues with it. It was working perfectly last week and today when I went to open a project package from my agency, I received "Base 64" error message and then Trados just shuts down automatically. There is no option to reset my license under my account and I tried to log a support case but haven't heard anything back at all. It is extremely difficult to find help. Every link I try to follow seems to lead to a dead end or won't open the page I am looking for. SDL has really deteriorated in my experience. Can anyone please help me to either reset my license or figure out what to do with the error message? I have a translation due tomorrow that I am never going to be able to finish! Thanks so much.
