Can't deactivate Trados 2021 online with Error 143, can't deactivate it Offline either, the license itself works and I see it in My account

Dear Colleagues,

I think I need help from the support team.

I can't deactivate Trados 2021 Freelance Pluse online (Error 143), nor can I deactivate it Offline

The license itself works and I see it in My account

Below are the screenshots from my attempts to deactivate the license online and offline. Neither works.

I have access to the computer. I did not reinstall the OS and did not do any disk cloning or anything that might have harmed the licensing service.

I have two activations under my license.

The first activation is used on my laptop. And I need to deactivate it and use it on my new laptop.

The Extra activation is used on my desktop computer.

Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus license details showing 1 user, 1 in use, 0 available, and extra activations.

My online deactivation error response:

Error message in Trados Studio 2021 Product Activation stating 'Deactivation failed. Error143: Failure in accessing the license or persistence store.'

My offline deactivation error response:

Error message during offline deactivation process in Trados Studio 2021 stating 'Failed to deactivate offline. The specified deactivation authorization may not be valid.'

The deactivation certificate in my RWS Account:

Offline Deactivation Certificate in Trados Studio with a long string of alphanumeric characters for deactivation authorization.

I hope someone can help me to handle this.
