I think I need help from the support team.
I can't deactivate Trados 2021 Freelance Pluse online (Error 143), nor can I deactivate it Offline
The license itself works and I see it in My account
Below are the screenshots from my attempts to deactivate the license online and offline. Neither works.
I have access to the computer. I did not reinstall the OS and did not do any disk cloning or anything that might have harmed the licensing service.
I have two activations under my license.
The first activation is used on my laptop. And I need to deactivate it and use it on my new laptop.
The Extra activation is used on my desktop computer.
