Hi.
I am trying to deactivate my license for Studio 2021 Freelance in order to reactivate it on another computer. I followed the instructions on the Licensing Online Help page. I copied the Deactivation Authorization from my account into the Product Activation window, then I clicked Generate Certificate, but get this error message. Please let me know how I can move past this. Thank you.
