My Trados Studio 2022 Professional license was re-activated and now I get the error above when I try to open and actvate it after downloading it to intall.
I've tried following the instructions and help but I don't find the plug-ins mentioned, Can you please help me so I can install my license?

Hi Sorin and thanks for your help.
I have already tried what the article says but, and I think the problem here is different. My Trados Studio PRO was un-installed from the laptop from the previous user and now, after the license re-activation I am trying to install it again and this is when the error shows. I didn't even finish installing the license again as the error shows before the installation is completed. I really don’t know what to do!

I can not reset Studio to default as I can't even finish the instalation. I get the error befor the program is even installed. I didn't even get to the activate your license...
