"Sdl.Desktop.Platform.CommandBars.IActionService could not be started" when trying to install Trados Studio 2022 after license re-activation from Support Services

Question

Hello 
 
 My Trados Studio 2022 Professional license was re-activated and now I get the error above when I try to open and actvate it after downloading it to intall. I've tried following the instructions and help but I don't find the plug-ins mentioned, Can you please help me so I can install my license?
