We have recently installed Trados Studio 2022. When creating a new project, on step 4 "Termbase" when I try to select a termbase (.sdltb file), it shows the following message "Il file specificato non è stato trovato" (The specified file could not be found).
Trados version: Trados Studio 2022 SR2 - 17.2.9.18688
Is your termbase perhaps saved on Onedrive/Google Drive or a flash drive?

no, it is saved on a network share
e.g.
\\<SERVERNAME>\<PATH>\termbasefilename.sdltb
It used to work fine on Trados 2021.
We do not get this error if the network share is mapped on a drive-letter. But we want to go on working on a network-share-saved termbase.
It seems a regression of the software in the latest version Trados2022.

I think this is what Elisa Maxim was getting at as one possible reason for your problem. In the latest version of Trados Studio 2022 you need to map the path to a drive letter if you work with network shares.

This will be resolved in a future update so that this won't be necessary anymore.
