When starting Trados Studio 2017, a dialog box opens telling me that my license has expired:
However, in my account, under "Licenses and subscriptions", I have a license for SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus with 2 activations. I tried an offline deactivation, but the dialog box in Studio 2017 claiming falsley that my license has expired does not give the option to deactivate. Then I tried to reset the license which generated an error message ("an error has occurred").
