Hello, I am having trouble with Trados Studio 2022. I downloaded and installed it on my Windows laptop, but the program does not start. I received a letter from your technical support with a few workarounds to fix it. However, the only change I noticed is that I now see a loading screen that says 'loading plugins,' but then it disappears and nothing happens. Do you have any suggestions for what might be causing this issue? Thank you.
