Hello,
I installed SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus on a former PC and after that PC stopped working, was unable to activate the license or transfer it in any way to newer PCs.
I have tried multiple times unsuccessfully to deactivate the licence currently in use.

I have the license code and the email address I used and so on, I can prove I purchased it, but I need your help to deactivate any existing licenses "in use" and reactivate Trados on my current new PC.
