I need help ASAP. Trados desktop version with subscription gives me error and won't activate.

I have an urgent problem. My Trados desktop version won't activate even though I have an active subscription. It gives me this error:
 
 
Please help me asap, since I need to finish a job right now!! I did not use multiple licenses or PCs. It's the only PC I ever work with, so the error doesn't make sense to me. Thank you for your efforts.
