Thank you for your reply. In "connected devices" I had two devices listed. One was the online browser and the desktop app on the same PC. I removed the desktop instance and refreshed, opened Trados, and then it worked. However, in the evening I had the same issue. It didn't work when removing the desktop instance. I had to remove the online web instance as well and then it worked ...
