Hello everyone,
I'm working with SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus. I have 1 user and 1 extra activation.
I need to install Trados on two new PCs. I've managed to deactivate the extra activation from one of my old PCs, but I don't have access anymore to the computer that I believe has my main license and I cannot deactivate my main user. Can you please help?

I am now at this point. I'm not getting an email with the deactivation certificate, so I can't confirm the offline deactivation. Your help is much appreciated. Thank you.
