Yesterday, I purchased a 12-month Trados Freelancer subscription. The order 740446 was processed normally, payment was collected, and an invoice was issued. However, the subscription doesn't have subscription date of activation and expiry date.
I'm afraid I'm in quite a difficult spot, as I have some important deadlines in the coming days.
