Help! I can't activate a newly purchased Trados subscription

Yesterday, I purchased a 12-month Trados Freelancer subscription. The order 740446 was processed normally, payment was collected, and an invoice was issued. However, the subscription doesn't have subscription date of activation and expiry date.  Trados Studio Freelance L1 - Subscription page with empty status field. Order 740446 details shown, but activation and expiry dates are missing.

I'm afraid I'm in quite a difficult spot, as I have some important deadlines in the coming days.

Could you open a ticket?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
