No activation code has been provided.

There is no activation code for the subscription. A support case has been submitted for you (00843633), as the subscription is currently blocked. To avoid this in the future, please purchase a renewal instead of an upgrade or come in chat and we can place the renewal order for you: https://www.trados.com/contact-us/
When the issue is solved, the subscription should simply resume functioning.
