I bought Trados studio 2022 last June. My laptop crashed. I cannot deactivate the license on mu old laptop. I downloaded the program in the new laptop. When I tried to activate the license, I says the license is expired, even it does not have an expiration. When I signed in online, it indicates the license is in use.
I am getting frustrated right now. I do not know what to do or who to talk to.
