Bought subscription in December, says it's deactivated

Hi.

I was asked to open a support case here.

I don't know if I should add screenshots here, so to begin with I won't add them.

I bought a subscription to Trados Freelance Personal in late December, and around that time I was in touch with the support team, as it seemed like I had a three month free trial rather than a one-year subscription, but the support team said that my subscription was activated.

So, today I did an assignment in Trados. Then after closing Trados I had to change something in the assignment, and when I then opened Trados again I first got an activation screen. I could then either press "activate" or just "ok". If I pressed "activate", it would say in red letters "Your cloud account has reached the maximum number of registered devices for the current subscription". I've only ever tried logging into Trados on this one computer.

I could then only press "ok", and it would then say "the product license has been deactivated and Trados studio will now exit. To start Trados again you must activate the product".

I would get the same last message if I skipped pressing "activate" and just pressed "ok" right away.

Can anybody help me?

Hopefully, there's an easy fix to this, as I imagine that it's just a login or license issue.

Please let me know if I need to add any more information.

Thanks!

Best regards

Anders
