Require license reset, exceed 3 times in 12 months due to computer problems

Hello,

I'm looking to have my license for Trados Studio Freelance 2019 reset.

I have exceeded the limit of 3 resets in 12 months because of some computer problems leaving me unable to get to the Studio installation to deactivate in time.

On the last occasion, it was simply a mistake while trying to reinstall Studio.

Could you log a case for me, please?
