I tried to off-line de-activate the licence xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx.
I followed the instructions on your website. I received an email "Your Offline deactivation ticket. I copied and paste the entire deactivation ticket inside the right place on your site site and got error message saying to contact you...
