In the middle of working on a project a window is prompted for me to log in again and when I do, I get sent to the RWS website. When I close the window I get a prompt saying that the product license has been deactivated and that Trados Studio will now exit. Is there anyone who knows how to fix this ASAP?

Dear Elisa, obviously this is not a singular problem related to my account as you probably noticed when replying tot the other customers experiencing the same issues. As you can probably imagine we all have deadlines to meet so I would expect RWS to fix this a lot sooner than 48 hours. Again, this issue is not related to my account alone.
