Hi, I've just purchased and installed my Trados Studio 2015, I was even able to activate my license, but now I can't open it, I get an error saying: invalid namespace. I'm afraid if I uninstal the program I may lose my license. Could you please help me?

About the license activation: uninstalling and reinstalling the software will not invalidate your license in any way. Only reinstalling Windows (or moving the SW to another PC) would require that you return the license before you do this.

Please contact the licensing team through the solution finder and they can easily do this for you.
Go to the Knowledgebase;

Pick the correct route for you and if appropriate you will be presented with a form that you can fill in to generate a support request and you will be contacted, normally within a day and often very quickly.
Also use the Chrome browser to log the case if you have it; you'll get more success in completing the form, and make sure your email address is entered correctly or nobody will be able to get back in touch with you.
