Hi Lydia Simplicio. Thank you for your message. I don't know what to do with the Support Id. I thought somebody would contact to me via email to solve the issue. Could you tell me what I should do after getting the Support Id?

In the meantime the local support for Korea have ended their day and someone by the name of Kate will try reach you again.
