I can not deactivate online as I do not have access to the program on the old system (FP failure)
Deactivating offline did not work - i.e. I have no idea how to proceed after obtaining confirmation
in a form of a hex code identical to the code in the deactivation confirmation text ffield

I know I have still one license available, but would like to keep it tidy and have access to both
