I am currently using Trados Studio 2022 SR2 and uninstalled all previous versions of Studio. Anyway, now I have an agency client who still uses Studio 2019, and am having problems with _all_ the packages they send me. I did a few tests using Studio 2019 on a colleague's PC and encountered no problems processing the files. I had a license for 2019 (as you can see in my order history, I owned all licenses from year 2017 onwards), but I don't see it anymore in my account. What can I do to get an activation code for Studio 2019? Thank you!
