Hello,
my laptop died yesterday, but thankfully my SSD could be inserted in a new one. So I have all my data and everything in place, but I cannot activate my Trados license anymore. I tried offline deactivation, but that didn't work. Also license reset didn't work.
Could anybody help, please?
