Hi everyone,
I have a Trados Studio 2017 license and I have never had any licensing issues so far. Now, all of a sudden, it says my license is expired (which is not true because in my account I see no expiration date) and I cannot activate it, neither offline. I see some people had this problem before and Support had their licenses reset.
I tried making the change in the config file explained in a different thread, but now a get a different error message when copying my activation key.The Reset License option does not work either. Could you please help?
