Dear Ana,
I understand that you prioritise the customers with support, but the problem here comes from your own website: this is not the first time I had to try to desactivate or reset my license online and it has simply never worked, even years ago.
The last time I asked the support for the desactivation, it gets just a few minutes to the support to desactivate the license on your side. I have a project to be delivered this evening, I cannot wait for 48h.
So thank you for helping me to deactivate the license as quickly as possible.
