I was using Trados studio with offline activation last month. But today It becomes trial version . And I tried to reactivate the account with offline activation .But I can't. The error message is " Failed to validate offline. The specified activation certificate may not be valid. Validate your activation certificate against the certificate in your account." Please help me ASAP. Thanks.
I tried to 'reset' my account few times. and then I see this message "You can only reset your license 3 times within 12 months, it appears you have exceeded this limitation and the option to reset your license is no longer available. If you are having issues with your license and need further help please click here to log a request with the support team. "
