I was using Trados studio with offline activation last month. But today It becomes trial version . And I tried to reactivate the account with offline activation .But I can't. The error message is " Failed to validate offline. The specified activation certificate may not be valid. Validate your activation certificate against the certificate in your account." Please help me ASAP. Thanks.
I tried to 'reset' my account few times. and then I see this message "You can only reset your license 3 times within 12 months, it appears you have exceeded this limitation and the option to reset your license is no longer available.
