In order to have the 2022 license in your account you need to process the license upgrade from 2021 to 2022 as described in this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001319
For Freelance licenses like yours it is not necessary to deactivate Studio 2021 before processing the upgrade.
