Unable to deactivate a license.

Dear RWS team,

I'm having issues deactivating a license from an old computer to install the SDL Trados and use it on a new one. I cannot deactivate online, and cannot deactivate offline - getting error messages whenever I try.

I'm not being able to generate the certificate and would appreciate any help you can provide since I'm losing job opportunities.
