Well, this is very strange. I've gone back to open a new project and now it's working. I just don't understand why it wasn't working before when I sent my message for help.
However, once one project is in the project list, if I start a new project, I get the message "You have reached the maximum number of active projects for your account subscription."
So the fix is not fixing.
