You have reached the maximum number of active projects for your account subscription

I have a subscription to Trados Studio which I use on my PC and online.

A week ago, this message below appeared

"You have reached the maximum number of active projects for your account subscription"
I have deleted all my projects (as they were all complete) and this message still appears and therefore I have been unable to use Trados.

Help.

  • So this is what I have noticed at the moment.
    Yesterday, I opened Trados Studio online. There was one project on the list of projects - the one I opened the other day when I was told the system worked.
    I clicked on "New Project" and again the message "You have reached the maximum number of active projects for your account subscription". 
    So I decided to delete the ONE project. and indeed the system allowed me to open a "new project" and I could work on it. I completed it.
    This morning, my "ONE" project is on the list and again Trados won't let me start a "new project".
    Having to delete the completed project each time is not a satisfactory solution and it makes me feel nervous.
    What do you think?
