License issues

Hello,

I already sent an email to support yesterday regarding this issue because email verification for community.rws would not register (when nothing works, nothing works).

Like many others, when I closed Trados Studio and opened it again, I was asked for the activation ID, but my license is already in use.

I tried resetting the license -- doesn't work.

I tried renaming studio.lic -- doesn't work either.
