12 days after asking for help and no solution available? We still can't use Studio 2022, can't give any licence back, can't update and your Support Case Id : 00856423 is not listed in our account, so I don't see any progress or answer here?!

Yes I have, but no answer concerning our ID 219 error. If you can see any answer to Support Case Id : 00856423 why can't I? Where is it? Pls send me a link to the answer/solution you can see. Thank you
I'm not part of the technical team. After investigating this with my colleagues from the technical team, it seems you had two open cases, 00856423 and 00856405, you received a reply on those, not sure if you saw the e-mail. In any case, I will submit a new ticket for you.
