Offline deactivation ticket does not seem to work

Hello,

my computer died, so I have to revoke the license from a different computer.

However, when I enter the offline deactivation ticket in the following page I receive the error message "An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation.". 

oos.sdl.com/.../offlinedeactcert.aspx

What can I do?
