How to reinstall Trados on a new computer after a crash disk?
Download the installer from the download section of your RWS Account.
Use the self-service features to reset your licence as it will most likely be unavailable after a crash since you won't have had time to return it.
You may be able to reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your RWS account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, 2021, 2022 and 2024.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
If you have problems with that let us know and we'll log a case your you to get some help.

I have reinstalled Trados from my RWS Account. We cannot desactivate the licence as it is asking to contact the support. I guess RWS is pushing me to buy a support licence, isn't it?
