I need to transfer the license to a new laptop, i tried deactivating on the old Laptop using, Help - Product Activation, but i got the following Error message:
Cannot deactivate 2019 license on old Laptop, Error Message: Deactivation failed. Login for this product key has been restricted. Contact your system administrator for assistance.
by the way, this is not a network machine; I am the machine's admin.
