error message when clicking 'Start exam'

Hello,

I have purchased the certification and training package (all 3 levels) for Trados Studio 2022.

However, I've been trying to take the Level 1 test for the past 2 days and get the attached internal server error message as soon as I click the 'Start exam' button.

I tried to access the platform from multiple browsers and nothing seems to work.

Could you please advise what could possibly be the issue here?
