Recently renewed Studio Freelance subscription shows as expired

Last month I renewed my yearly Studio Freelance subscription. Since then, when starting Trados, I've frequently gotten the error message that my subscription has expired. Most times, I could simply log out of my account, log back in and "activate" my already running subscription again, but today, I only get the error message again and again, with no option to re-activate the subscription.

In my RWS account, the activation and renewal date for my current subscription has also reset to 2023-2024 even though it should be 2024-2025.

A quick fix would be much appreciated.
