License reset limit reached -Activation code needed

Hi,

I'm using Trados 2021 Freelance Plus under Mac via a Virtual Machine. The VM crashes and needs a reinstall several times a year, which includes reinstalling Trados and resetting the license for it each time.

I've performed a third reinstall this year and I see I've reached the license reset limit.

Could you please grant me an extra activation code for me to be able to get back to work normally?

I'm using the trial version for now.

I'll upgrade to the 2024 version of Trados before the end of the year, so hopefully that should hold until the upgrade.
