Dear Support Team,
I have encountered an issue with MultiTerm 2024 Desktop (please see the attached screenshot). I attempted to uninstall the system, but I was unable to remove only the "MultiTerm 2024 Remove Suite of Products" (please refer to the attached uninstallation screenshot).
Once this is resolved, I would like to download and reinstall MultiTerm 2024 Desktop from my account. Currently, I have set up a termbase in Trados 2024, but it is not displaying in the translation files.
As I have ongoing translation work, I would appreciate your prompt guidance on resolving this issue.
