I can't activate my license on my new laptop, I tried 3 times by resetting the license but I couldn't activate it.
Activation failed with this message: Failed to install RMS Iicense string. Error ID: 210150 Open connection settings?
The reset button is also gone because I reset it more than 3 times.
I need to use Trados Studio right away. I hope you can help me.

I tried as instructed in the email, but the offline deactivation failed and the license didn't reset.
