Hi, I had to deactivate Trados 2019 on my old computer offline, which was successful, but now I can't activate online.
Error
Activation failed.
Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. - The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.
Does this mean the problem is on your server?
I will be traveling so being able to switch between laptop and desktop is necessary.
