Hi! I am having trouble doing the offline deactivation.
I reseted my license and appears as Available, but is active on the computer.
When I try to deactivate it, I see this error:
As I mentioned, I can't do the offline DEACTIVATION beacuse the license appears as deactivated online.
I work with two computers so I need to activate and deactivate my license frequently.
Can you help me? Thank you.
